I've never eaten at ihop before this morning but I must say I was very impressed! We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. My husband drinks quickly and she nvr let his drink run out! The restaurant was clean and the food was amazing! My husband and I both ordered the breakfast sampler and my grandmother ordered the 2x2x2. I will be eating there again!

I usually come during non peak hours and have experienced satisfactory service and food (for an ihop). However the other reviewers are on point with peak hours. Staff could not handle the Friday midnight rush. I seated myself due to there being no hostess. I then walked out after 10 mins of not being given the light of day. Absolute failure, will never be back during peak hours.

We boycotted IHOP for a long time due to subpar food and service... I will say they have completely re done their menu and it is wonderful, the service is better but I cant expect that much from them. There were a lot of tables un-bussed and servers just standing around talking which i cannot stand. Its an easy casual place for us to take the kids for a breakfast treat on an occasional saturday.

Who does not like IHOP? My wife almost always gets the waffles with blueberry and a lot of whip cream. Our girls just like to play with the food and eat a couple bites. Personally, I like the eggs, bacon, and toast. It is inexpensive compared to most places and always delicious. The service was great. They were always refilling the water and asking if we needed anything. If anything they were almost over friendly, but great.

I'm going to give this a 4-star rating with the understanding that I'm not suggesting that it will always be 4 stars (Lord knows I've been to some IHOPs that weren't very clean or overly friendly), but I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. My wife and I ate at this location this past Friday evening--I wanted breakfast food for supper--and I must say that I was impressed. I was greeted immediately upon entrance and taken quickly to a table. In surveying the restaurant, I found it to be extremely clean. Our waitress was friendly, but not overbearing. The best part? Our food was cooked perfectly and deliciously! I ordered the double-blueberry pancakes--they didn't chintz on the blueberry topping and the pancakes were so tasty. My wife got the blueberry lemonade croissant waffle and, let me just say, that thing was awesome!(kind of wish I had ordered that) I hope management continues hiring nice waitresses, cooks that can do the job, and people who care about the looks of their restaurant. Great job, IHOP! Keep it up!

Took a nose dive for a little but but they seem to have gotten it together. Its a IHOP folks, 1 star above waffle house, haha. Waitress was great, food was good and order was brought out as ordered. Cleanliness, ehh, maybe they were wiping down all the tables at one time that day? Doesn't matter, my table was clean.

Manager is terrible and the service is horrible. Was much better under previous management. Only thing I like about it is the balloon lady who frequents it on Saturday mornings. She is very friendly and very talented. Save your tip money from the poor service and give it to her.

This is a new IHOP to OB, and definitely gets our vote for on our way out breakfast. My in-laws live in Nesbit and a good friend in OB-- we almost always have breakfast with her on the way back to Atlanta and this place is going to be on our list from now on. It is an IHOP, so nothing fancy, but our servers were friendly and prompt and the food wasn't overcooked. The only problem is a very awkward parking lot that you get to after being quite sure that you've driven past the end of the world! It's also non-smoking (which is GREAT!).

The only reason it is getting one star is due to obligation...waited 65 minutes for scrambled eggs and toast....never got it...had to leave since none of the servers would even notice that we were sitting there for over an hour with no food in front of us. Management should just throw in the towel on this location....service was probably the worst I have ever experienced in the restaurant industry....will never dine at an IHOP ever again...

Good place to eat on a weekday morning. Stay far far away on a Saturday morning. Staff is overwhelmed and it shows in service and the food.

It was hot when we got to our table, but it did cool off. The waiter stated the A/C was not working that morning. The food was service was great. The pancakes are not as big as they used to be...

We are a recent move to the state and tried the IHop in Southaven. It sucks lol. This is a non smoking location, which I love! Even though it seemed that they were short staffed and had two newbies of just a few days waiting on us I still gave it 4 stars. They worked very hard to keep us happy during the waiting periods and were very friendly. We were going to The Lorax movie that afternoon so to make it more exciting for our 5 yr old we took her here to eat the green eggs and ham. It was a hit and was surprisingly good. We will visit this place a lot I am sure. ;)
